Pending Legislation

There are a number of pending bills in the NJ State Assembly and Senate which may affect web professionals working for local or municipal government. Below is the legislation (as of April 2012), with bill numbers, summaries, and a link to the full text.

A2307 Authorizes public access to government records through government website
